RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

At V&A Liquidation Ltd, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. While we carefully curate our inventory to meet your expectations, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Here's what you need to know about our returns policy:

Online orders:

Returns are up to our discretion. They are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, as we aim to provide fair and reasonable solutions. While we typically do not accept returns for reasons such as colour, preference or fit, however, exceptions may be made if an error occurred on our part, such as sending the wrong colour or sized items.

Any item being returned must be in its original condition, with tags attached and unworn. This ensures that we can process your return efficiently and effectively.

Should you encounter any discrepancies with your order, you have 10 days from the date you received the items. We encourage you to reach out to us promptly so that we can swiftly address any issues that may arise. Depending on the nature of the return, we reserve the right to issue a refund or exchange items at our discretion. Our goal is to find the best resolution for you, whether through a monetary refund or replacement items.

If your items are eligible for a return, we will provide you with a return shipping label for your convenience. This simplifies the return process and ensures that your items are returned to us safely.

 

In-Store & Pick Up:

For local customers, our store serves as a convenient pick-up location. The store is mainly for a pick up location as it only carries about 5% of our full inventory.

While in-store purchases are final, we offer hassle-free exchanges for unused items in their original, undamaged packaging. This ensures that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. However, once you leave the store, this option becomes void.

If you opt for in-store pick-up, please remember to inspect your items before departing. Any order picked in-store does not qualify for any return or exchange.

All pick-up items must be collected within 10 days of receiving your confirmation email. Failure to do so may result in order cancellation, subject to a penalty fee. For sales under $50, a minimum penalty of $5 applies, while sales over $50 incur a 10% penalty.
